Mira is dreams. A project that we have carried in our minds for a long time and, after years, have finally managed to bring into the light of day. Some parts of the project needed time to mature, while others were created very spontaneously. Just like in nature. Over the past few years, we have managed to acquire some very interesting vineyards together, in locations that have a unique character. From the beginning, we wanted to work with them in a slightly different way, seeking ways to let nature, freedom, art, and beauty speak even more. These are the things that are essential in our lives. Our hands, which guide the vineyards and wines, are very, very free.

We take a very free approach with the vineyards, where no pruning is done, and human hands rarely touch them. The vines literally have the chance to reach for the sun.

We believe this approach instills character in the wine right from the beginning, a character that reaches your glass. And that is the most important thing for us. To bring you joy, the possibility to dream, and to fly with us.

Work in the cellar is about the power of the moment. The magical moment of creation and transformation, which is defining for us. It teaches and enriches us. We don’t want to impose our ideas on the wine; in fact, it’s the opposite. We act in the moment, allowing ourselves to be fascinated, free from tradition, prejudice, and established patterns. We watch in amazement as a new individuality is born. We have no metrics, no comparisons. We want to develop positivity, beauty, and life. Those are our dreams.

Sav Blanc 23
Spirituality, mysticism, and thinking.

Vintage 23
Clay soil, 25-year-old vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc fermented with a portion of whole berries in a 1000-liter acacia barrel. Bottled from coarse lees, 6 months after harvest.

On the label: Ruth St. Denis (1879–1968) – an American pioneer of modern dance who paved the way for other women in dance.

Riesling
Virtuosity, depth, and intensity.

Vintage 23

Loess soil, 33-year-old vineyard. Riesling that underwent partial carbonic maceration in open vats and finished fermenting in 1100-liter acacia barrels. Bottled 6 months after harvest, directly from coarse lees.

On the label: Vaslav Nijinsky (1889–1950) – a Russian dancer and choreographer of Polish descent, admired for his gravity-defying leaps.

Pinot Noir
Abstraction, creativity, evolution.

Vintage 23
Vibrancy, the urge to drink again and again.

Sandy soil. 15-year-old vineyard. Semi-carbonic maceration, a very lively Pinot Noir. Aged in older 450-liter oak barrels. Bottled from coarse lees 8 months after harvest.

On the label: Lester Horton (1906–1953) – an American dancer known for his unrestricted, dramatic freedom of expression, drawing from various dance techniques, from Native American to Japanese styles.
